Nini Nguyen
Nini Nguyen (b.1999) is a multidisciplinary artist based in the DFW area. She holds a BA in Art (Studio Art Concentration) and Mathematics from Rice University. After working as a UX Designer in Madison, WI, she moved back home to DFW in 2025 with the intent to return to the pure joy of making art, and create from innate drive rather than external motives.
Nini’s work revolves around self-reflections of her past, heritage, and the process of becoming. Along with her upbringing in Buddhism, she often finds her faith working in dialogue with her practice. Her works turn intimate contemplations into physical materializations, countering the philosophy of letting go and instead aligning with acceptance.
