p>Kevin Owens is a painter working in Dallas, Texas. He honed his skills at SCAD and received his BFA in painting/drawing from Stephen F. Austin University. He was a resident artist with La Reunion TX and City Square where he worked on community based public art projects, as well as a Teaching Artist. His work has been published nationally and is held in public and private collections. Currently, he continues to pursue his love of art education with Mesquite Independent School District.
